This Privacy Policy describes how Nijah Almond Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Identity Leak Calculator at identity-leak-calc.vercel.app (the "Tool").

Information We Collect

When you complete the Identity Leak Calculator, we collect:

• Email address — voluntarily provided to receive your results.
• Assessment responses — your ratings across 12 statements (stored as aggregate dimension scores, not individual answers).
• Result type — the GRIT dimension identified as your primary leak (Gap, Reality, Identity, or Truth).
• Total score — your aggregate score across all dimensions.

We do not collect your name, payment information, location, or any other personally identifiable information beyond your email address.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your personalized assessment results.
• To send you follow-up emails related to identity alignment, the GRIT framework, and our coaching offerings.
• To understand how people engage with the assessment (aggregate, anonymized analysis only).
• To improve the quality and accuracy of the Tool over time.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising platforms or retargeting.

Data Storage

Your assessment data is stored securely in Supabase (supabase.com), a cloud database provider. Your email address may also be added to our email platform (Kit, formerly ConvertKit) to receive your results and optional follow-up communications.

Assessment responses are stored in your browser's sessionStorage during the quiz. This data is never transmitted beyond what is described above and is cleared when your browser session ends.

Email Communications

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive your assessment results and may receive occasional emails about identity alignment, coaching programs, and resources from Nijah Almond Group LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent to email communications at any time.
• Request that we not store your assessment results.

Cookies & Tracking

The Identity Leak Calculator does not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts. We use browser sessionStorage only to pass your scores between quiz pages within the same session. This data is not accessible to third parties.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database storage (supabase.com). Their privacy policy applies to data stored on their platform.
• Kit (ConvertKit) — email delivery (kit.com). Their privacy policy applies to email data.
• Vercel — hosting (vercel.com). Standard server logs may be retained per their policy.

Children's Privacy

This Tool is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us immediately at Info@nijahalmond.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Identity Leak Calculator (the "Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

Description of Service

The Identity Leak Calculator is a self-assessment tool designed to help users identify patterns of identity misalignment across four dimensions of the GRIT framework (Gap, Reality, Identity, Truth). The Tool is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Not Professional Advice

The results of this assessment are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice. The Tool is designed as a starting point for self-reflection, not a diagnostic instrument. No coaching, counseling, or professional relationship is created by using this Tool.

Accuracy of Results

Results are generated based on your self-reported responses and are intended to support reflection and awareness. Nijah Almond Group LLC makes no warranty that results are scientifically validated, clinically accurate, or predictive of any specific outcome.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Identity Leak Calculator — including but not limited to the GRIT framework, assessment statements, archetype names and descriptions, 360-view domain copy, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Nijah Almond Group LLC and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Nijah Almond Group LLC.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Tool for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the assessment content or scoring logic.
• Misrepresent your identity when submitting an email address.
• Use the Tool in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nijah Almond Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on this Tool or its results.

The Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
